We really believe that ‘you are what you eat’ so we were not surprised when the mounting research into wholefoods began pointing out many benefits from these super-foods. Fruits, nuts and seeds all fall into this bracket, so when we decided to create a range from these we looked to source only top quality raw ingredients.

This means that you won’t find loads of peanuts (a less expensive nut) in our mixes just enough to make an interesting combination nor will you find dusty, dried or mainly broken pieces of any of the nuts. We’re equally proud of our dried fruits, plump pick of the harvest every time and we also make sure that our dried cranberries are dried whole, that is still containing their juice, for maximum flavour not the residue left once the juice has been extracted for drinks!
