Ingredients
300g almonds
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
Method
Blitz the ingredients in a high-speed food processor, scraping the sides down frequently until it forms a smooth, delicious paste. This should take around 5-10 minutes.
