Nut butter-filled dates

Does it get much better than dates, nut butter, and chocolate? We don’t think so. Rich, creamy, indulgent, these nut butter-filled dates take your snack game to the next level. Top with flaky sea salt for the ultimate sweet n’ salty bite.


Ingredients

12 dates (we like Crazy Jack Org Ready to Eat DatesP)
12 tsp. almond butter (we like Meridian Organic Smooth Almond Butter)
A sprinkle of cacao nibs)
Dark chocolate, melted
Pinch of flaky sea salt


Method

Slice open up the dates and stuff each one with a teaspoon of almond butter.
 
Top with cacao nibs, a drizzle of melted dark chocolate, and a pinch of sea salt.
 
Store in the fridge.
