How to Make Date and Cacao Energy Balls
Start by blending the almonds in a food processor until nicely crushed. Then, add the coconut oil and dates and pulse until fully mixed. Repeat with the cacao power and peanut butter. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture has finished. Place the energy balls in the freezer for around 1 hour, then remove them and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
