Apple cider vinaigrette

Iced coffee

Ingredients (8 bars)


2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 

2 tbsp. maple syrup

6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 

2 tsp. mustard 

Pinch of sea salt 




1. Whisk the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and mustard in a medium-sized bowl. 

2. Slowly pour in the extra virgin olive oil, whisking until you have a glossy dressing. 

3. Season to taste. 

4. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to two weeks.
