I have a few medical problems and in an effort to avoid taking drugs from the doctor, I have sought the advice of a registered Medical Herbalist and this is one of the products she has recommended. If you need to take Magnesium then MagAsorb is the one to take because the citrate form of Magnesium much more easily absorbed than any of the other forms.

I had been feeling utterly dreadful,should have gone to the doctors I know, but I'm a man. I saw an article in the paper regarding long term use of Omeprazole and and other PPI's and how they inhibit the assimilation of magnesium(an essential electrolyte) and listed the symptoms of magnesium deficiency, I thought that's me. Since stopping the Omeprazole and managing my acid reflux with alganates, and taking magnesium I have felt a little better but I have since found out it can take up to a year to restore magnesium levels to normal.

I too take this product to help me sleep, having read that there could be lower levels in my diet, and taking Magabsorb could boost these. I have found quite an improvement since I started and would recommend it very highly. My cat sleeps with me and can disturb me, so it is good to be able to 'drop off' again easily.

Why do you use this product MagAsorb® ? I started taking it as I was finding that my energy levels were very low in the afternoon. I knew that I wasn't anaemic and I read that magnesium deficiency can cause the symptoms that I had. I have been taking it for nearly a year now and find that it helps considerably. I have much more energy, which lasts all day. As a side benefit I've found that a problem I had with my calves swelling during the day has disappeared.

I've been systematically investigating various options for treating a long term anxiety problem for many years. Magnesium citrate works incredibly well, I could feel a difference within hours of the first pill, and have continued to take them (5 weeks now) and feel much better. My overall health has improved also and I just generally feel far more relaxed, I sleep a lot better and am more effective at work. At this point I'm strongly suspecting that I probably have (had) a magnesium deficiency with some genetic cause (poor absorption and/or increased excretion?).

I have been taking vitamin D supplements as suggested by my Doctor and feel a lot better mentally & emotionally. Why do you use this product MagAsorb® ?
I normally have high energy levels, but have been going through a number of stressful situations at the moment - Sally recommended taking this alongside Multi-Max Advance and I trialled it for a few weeks before purchasing as I did notice a change. However it is always difficult to know whether supplements are making the change because I consider them to be like an insurance policy for wellbeing, you don't know they are there (and working) till your body needs to draw on them :-)
