    Why has this product been changed from juicy large pieces that were a pleasure to eat into small , less tasty, pieces only suitable for cooking and not snacking. Very disappointing.

    I can confirm that we have changed supplier to an organic version of the Ginger Candied Cubes which is why you may have noticed a change in cube size. The cubes are not cut to a strict size specification, which means the pieces can vary naturally in size, typically between 6mm and 20mm. As this is an organic product, some variation is to be expected from batch to batch. I have contacted you separately.

    New & improved? The original was large chunks which we like, and the price was reasonable. The new ginger are smaller cubes, so they are now covered with 100% more sugar, which I presume is cheaper than raw ginger. To add insult the cost for 500g has risen substantially. I suppose it''s not possible to revert to the original chunks?

    These are different from previous packs I have bought as they are in very very tiny cubes and not small chunks. I find they are extremely sugary but they are perfect to nibble on and do help indigestion.
