After recently opening a bag from my recent delivery I was appalled that this could be the same product I had purchased previously. All other purchases from you have been large cube size pieces, this current batch seems as if it had a bag full of sugar with offcuts of poor quality and very tiny ginger.
I am able to go to the supermarket and buy a packet of sugar and that's what I wanted, I think it is a disgrace that you treat your customers with contempt.

We have switched to a new supplier for an organic version of the Ginger Candied Cubes, which is why you may have observed a difference in the size of the cubes. The Ginger Cubes are not manufactured to a precise size specification, so they can vary slightly in size, however this is usually between 6mm to 20mm. I am sorry to hear that your bag was mostly sugar and I have logged this within our Quality Records for review.
