For the price of 15-17£ it's pretty good.
Now, I do have the brand's multivitamins which despite in smaller amounts - still has a B complex included. So for results I can't say I've seen something major after 3 weeks of use. I definitely would continue and finish those and maybe once I'm done I'll have a better perception.
The idea is that the supplement is promoting a healthy nervous system.
