How to Enter:
The 12 DAYS OF VITMAS promotion is open to all customers who place an order on our website or via our Customer Service Team when calling 01892 552 021 during the promotional period (December 4th – 16th). There is no minimum spend required to participate, however, postage costs are applicable to orders under £20. To enter visit https://www.naturesbest.co.uk and place an online order or call 01892 552 021 to place your order via the phone (no minimum value) before the closing date of midnight on 16/12/2025. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on Tuesday 16th December 2025.
Terms and conditions
- This Free Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Lamberts Healthcare Limited and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
- An online or phone order purchase is required. There is no minimum spend, however, postage costs are applicable to orders under £20.
- The prize offer code is for one use only and will expire 28/02/2026. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If the full value of the prize is not utilised in a single transaction, any remaining balance will be forfeited. Other vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with this offer. The company reserves the right to retract the offer at any time. This promotion is available to both online and offline purchases.

- The Promoter (Nature’s Best Health Products) will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete or delayed. Proof of email is not proof of delivery. The last date for receipt of entries is midnight 16/12/2025.
- All orders placed between December 4th and December 16th, 2025, will be entered into a Free Prize Draw. Winners will be selected at random from the eligible entries, with a maximum of five winners chosen during the promotional period. The customer will have the opportunity to win £50 worth of goods across the whole range, this will exclude THR’s, wholefoods and all products that are not owned by Nature’s Best. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize offer code is for one use only and will expire 28/02/2026. - Winners will be notified via email by Friday 19th December 2025. The winners will receive an email containing a prize offer code which the recipient will need to enter at the checkout of their online purchase, alternatively they will need to quote this code to the Customer Service Representative when placing an order via phone and calling 01892 552 065. In the event the claim for the prize is not redeemed by the customer by 28/02/25, we reserve the right to refuse the prize.
- The Promoter (Nature’s Best Health Products) reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
