    I have not been using this product too long.

    However, I like the fact that it is vegan omega 3, in liquid form and does not have to be refrigerated.

    No reason to believe it will not produce good results within 3 months and beyond. Time will tell :)-

    Bought five bottles for half price in what I thought was a January sale. Turned out they expired at the end of June 2026. Wouldn't of bought them if I had of known as I wanted to start using this product when the omega I am taking at the moment was gone. However, as I have bought five bottles with a short date I will have to start on it immediately and keep back the product I was previously using as it has a longer use by date. Tastes ok with a slight after taste.

    "Good Source Of Omega 3"

    I’d previously never tried any form of omega 3 oil so wasn’t sure what to expect at first however I was pleasantly surprised, it doesn’t cause any heaviness which I was expecting with a liquid formula and it does have a very subtle lemon flavor which is nice however you can’t avoid the fact it does have an oil consistency, it didn’t bother me too much as one dose is only a teaspoon, but it is something to be aware of if you are sensitive to textures.
    As far as benefits are concerned it’s quite hard to say, I’ve only been taking this for a couple of weeks so far (A bottle has roughly has a 1 month supply) however I am intrigued to see how I will feel after taking this for a longer period.

    This product has really improved my dry eye disease, I no longer need to continuously use eye drops, which is such a relief.
