    It has arrived, I have now started taking it. Time will tell whether it is any more or less effective than the one I used previously. It forms part of two or three supplements suggested to support some other medical treatment I am receiving currently. The pressure to reviews a product 5 minutes,after you''ve received it is, in reality, pretty pointless. If it''s a piece of equipment, machinery, you can only assess when you''ve seen how, or if, it is still functioning as it should, and how longer, after the guarantee period has expired. In this case, a health or semi medical product, it''s effect will only be apparent over a period of continuous use. Maybe you should come back and see if I am still using it in 6 months.

    Improve bone health following a stress fracture. However, I found the tablet too big to swallow & very difficult cut in half as so hard. Then the cut edge was too sharp to easily swallow. Have returned to taking
    OsteoGuard Ultra which I feel is beneficial and good value.
