Older adults
Refreshing and low in sodium (compared to similar shop-bought brands), Multi-Max® A-Z Fizzy is great for older individuals, who may have a reduced appetite, are less active, and could benefit from the extra hydration. These effervescent multivitamins dissolve into a liquid, so it can be consumed via a straw for ease.

Immunity
Multi-Max® A-Z Fizzy contains useful levels of vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc, iron, and selenium to support immune function. It also includes 10μg of vitamin D, twice the NRV (Nutrient Reference Value), in the absorbable form of D3, cholecalciferol, for additional immune support. This level is recommended by the Department of Health for the over 65s, who might not get as much sunlight.

Muscle function
Multi-Max® A-Z Fizzy provides relevant levels of magnesium and vitamin D3 to support muscle function, including the heart muscle. The addition of vitamin C, meanwhile, supports normal collagen formation, which plays a role in muscle and cartilage health.

Cognition and Oxidative stress
Multi-Max® A-Z Fizzy delivers good amounts of vitamin B1, B6, biotin, and magnesium to support normal psychological function. Our advanced formula also provides vitamin C and vitamin E, both at 100% NRV, for the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Children over 4
With its delicious natural berry flavour, our allergen-free, one-a-day Multi-Max® A-Z Fizzy has also earned the approval of children and teens who struggle to take tablets. These effervescent vitamins are formulated with sucralose, making it kinder to teeth.

Growth and development
Multi-Max® A-Z Fizzy contains 150μg of iodine, 100% NRV, to support normal growth and development. It also provides relevant amounts of magnesium, vitamin D3, and calcium to support bones and teeth.

Energy
Multi-Max® A-Z Fizzy delivers a good spread of vitamins B5, B6, and B12, along with iron, to support the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. These effervescent multivitamins also contain relevant levels of vitamin C to further support energy levels.
