It is probably still too early to know if it is making a big difference, but I do have A*** and a vitamin deficiency, so anything that supports psychological function is always worth a try for me.
This one has B12, B6 and B1, which are useful vitamins to keep topped up anyway!
I take A*** medication as well, so it is hard to separate what helps with what. The supplement has not caused any issues and I have had no side effects at all. It is also fine to use alongside my medication, which is important.
From what I understand it is meant to be a natural alternative to CBD. I am almost through the bottle, so I will pick up some more and keep going with it.
It has not done me any harm and it feels worth continuing to see if it supports my overall neurological function over time.

Our research has suggested that our customers prefer to take fewer capsules which is why they are often rather large in size. You may wish to try splitting the capsules in half and mixing the content in water if you would find this method easier.

Frankly, I was disappointed with the results. I had hoped to see some improvement in memory and pain that I have been experiencing, but over the entire time I took the supplement, I noticed absolutely no discernible difference in how I felt. There was no change in comfort level, mobility, or general well-being that I could attribute to the Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA).
Given the lack of any noticeable benefits, I can't justify the cost or the continued use of this product (I received this as a free sample to test).
