    "Capsules Too Big"

    I recently completed a course of Nature’s Best PEA Complex, taking the recommended dose of 800 mg per day (two capsules) with food.

    Unfortunately, this supplement didn’t meet my expectations. I was hoping to see some improvement in my memory and relief from the persistent pain I experience, but I didn’t notice any changes throughout the entire course. On the positive side, I didn’t experience any side effects — however, there were no noticeable benefits either.

    Given the lack of results, this product was not effective for me. I understand that supplements can work differently for different people, but my experience was disappointing. Additionally, the capsules are quite large, which made them less comfortable to take.

    I didn't like these for the tablets were too big and I had difficulty swallowing them. It had a taste when I swallowed which I didn't like. I haven't noticed much change it my health and got this reason I am not sure if continue to use the. I also think 2 tablets it's quite a lot considering the size of the pill for my personally.

    For supplements such as the PEA 800mg Complex, I would suggest using for a period of three month to fully assess the effectiveness. I am sorry to hear that you found the capsules too large, I will pass your feedback on to the relevant department. Two capsules provides 800mg of PEA as well as other B vitamins. If we was to combine this into one capsule, it would increase the overall capsule size.

    "Early To Tell But I’m Hopeful!"

    [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have been using this supplement for a few weeks now. It is probably still too early to know if it is making a big difference, but I do have A*** and a vitamin deficiency, so anything that supports psychological function is always worth a try for me.

    This one has B12, B6 and B1, which are useful vitamins to keep topped up anyway!

    I take A*** medication as well, so it is hard to separate what helps with what. The supplement has not caused any issues and I have had no side effects at all. It is also fine to use alongside my medication, which is important.

    From what I understand it is meant to be a natural alternative to CBD. I am almost through the bottle, so I will pick up some more and keep going with it.

    It has not done me any harm and it feels worth continuing to see if it supports my overall neurological function over time.
