Daily Intake
Fish Oil 1100mg: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with a meal.
Colladeen® Original: Take 2 tablets daily, one in the morning and one in the evening for the first 2 months. Thereafter, for maintenance purposes, take 1 tablet daily.
Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drink, heat kills bacteria.
