Daily Intake
MagAsorb® Advance: Take 2 tablets daily with a meal.
If you take another supplement containing magnesium,1tablet should suffice.
Your daily intake should not exceed the magnesium NRV of 375mg.
Fish Oil 1100mg: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with a meal.
Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drink, heat kills bacteria.
