As I said, the gummies taste pleasant, they have a good texture and seem good quality, especially as they don't all stick together in a lump making it hard to get them out of the tub like some gummies do.
With supplements, it is hard to talk about positive benefits as quite often, the quantity provided in one pack is insufficient to measure over the 3-6 months of continuous use they may need.
