Ingredients
Virgin Olive Oil, Antioxidants: Mixture of Natural Tocopherols, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).
* Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), the form of vitamin D most used in published studies. Sourced from the lanolin content of wool, the material undergoes further processing to ensure an extremely pure and crystalline pre-vitamin D3 material. Through exposure to uv light (the same process our bodies use to manufacture vitamin D from sunlight), a highly stable form of vitamin D3 is manufactured.
Our Vegan Vitamin D3 supplement contains cholecalciferol sourced from plant lichen.

So needed in the winter months in the UK as we cannot get D3 through foods and we don't get enough sunshine. Using liquid as opposed to capsules is easier for the body to absorb. However I really don't like the oil flavour.
