  • Packed with essential fatty acids and vitamins, our Omega 3 Chewies are a popular choice for parents to ensure little ones get plenty of nutritional goodness in their diets.

    Each chewable omega 3 capsule provides 100mg DHA, as well as vitamins A, C, D3, and E, which are involved in growth, development, skin function, vision and immunity.

    To be sure even the fussiest children enjoy our Omega 3 Chewies, we’ve flavoured our formula with natural blackcurrant, which continues to top our taste tests.

    Our omega 3 for kids is also odour-controlled. We use a sophisticated five-stage purification process to remove any fishy aftertaste and guarantee the highest purity levels. Owing to this advanced technology, our omega 3 for kids is well below the permitted safe levels for PCBs and mercury set by the European Commission (EC) and The Global Organisation for EPA and DHA Omega-3s (GOED).

These are described as Chewies, and while you can bite them, they are not jelly. They are like normal codliver oil capsules in texture with a blackcurrent flavour mixed in. So it''s still oil inside and not a good taste. On the plus side, you don''t get codliver oil burps later in the day. So if you take them like a pill they are fine but not "Chewie" as you''d expect.

Bought for my 5 year old son. He tried them once and had to spit them out. I then tried them and couldn’t chew them as the taste is terrible. Usually products from Natures Best are excellent but these are not good.

I’m sorry but nobody will eat them. My son doesn’t like fish which is why he needs them, but they burst in the mouth (not really chewable) and taste of fish not blackcurrant, then you’re left with the capsule to chew

To keep my LDL cholesterol down, and it has worked according to my blood test. I find them pleasant to chew, can’t taste the fish oil at all.
