With an excellent amino acid profile this high quality whey protein with creatine is one of the best tasting 'All-In-One formulas.

This is one of the UK's best All-In-One formulas that takes the hassle out of choosing which products to take. All-In-Ones potent combination includes 38g of premium quality whey protein, which includes 12.5g of glutamine peptides for muscle, gut and immune support and 8g of BCAA's to support muscle protein synthesis. A further 6g of creatine monohydrate has been added to support strength and power. Beta Alanine is an intracellular buffer, helping to neutralise hydrogen ions produced through intensive exercise. Minerals magnesium, calcium and sodium have been added and are required for muscle function. Many of these minerals are lost through sweating.
Daily Intake
Mix two scoops (65g) with 350ml of cold water or skimmed milk (for the smoothest result use a blender). We recommend one serving per day around training. Two servings can be taken during periods of intense training. If you mix with skimmed milk you add an extra 14g of protein, plus 149 calories. Once mixed keep chilled and consume within 3 hours. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

The ingredients to this product appear to be have been changed yet again making it very frothy in the ''Shaker''. This makes the drink at the bottom of the ''Shaker'' very airy and difficult to swallow without drawing in a lot of air.
