I developed lactose intolerance in my late 50s but I still like to eat cheese and have dairy milk lattes. I am not keen on vegan milk options so these tablets are a godsend. If I take one with my meal or drink I find I don''t get the embarrassing flatulence. Other ones I have tried are not as good as these. I particularly like that they are tasteless.

They really work. I'm someone who is really intolerant to dairy, especially milk which has higher levels of lactose in it than for example cheese, I need higher doses of lactase enzyme and this 9000cc product ensures no issues when consuming milk, just 1 tablet is needed. I came to re-order and saw they have doubled in price!!!!!! I refuse to pay nearly £20 for one bottle - I'll be trying other brands. What a shame

"Side Effect Warning"

This product should have a side effect warning. I've been unwell after each occasion taking this supplement. I thought perhaps it was because I'd eaten chocolate. Then later that evening I had uncontrollable vomiting. I put it down to the food I'd eaten even though it was well within date. I had the same side effect twice more on different occassions and the common link was taking this supplement.
