1 cup mixed seeds

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 cup dry roast oats
2 teaspoon harissa powder + extra for top
pinch of salt
1 scoop pea protein powder OR unflavoured whey protein powder

1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
1 scant cup warm water
chilli spray oil (optional)
Preheat oven 200°C.
Line a baking tray with cookie sheet, leave aside for later.
In a large clean bowl, mix the dry and wet ingredients together thoroughly.
Leave the mixture to rest for 5 – 10 minutes.
Spread the mixture out in a thin but even rectangle on the prepared baking tin.
Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice the mixture into squares or triangles.
Sprinkle with additional harissa spice and spray with chilli oil if using.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C, then reduce the heat to 180°C and continue baking for
another 20 minutes – turning the baking tray halfway through baking.
Remove from oven and allow to cool, once cooled break along cuts previously made and store in an airtight container.
