Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipes: From Pancakes to Smoothies
Start your day with a tasty, nutritious and healthy breakfast! Black Forest Smoothie
Makes enough for 2 large glasses
400ml almond or other milk
2 scoops of Chocolate Whey 80 (368-1450)
60ml Cherry Max (456-500)
Handful of frozen fruit – raspberries, cherries etc
1 small avocado
Blend all the ingredients together and serve, over ice.
Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
100g tinned unsweetened pure pumpkin puree
1tsp of mixed spice or cinnamon
1-2 tsp Flourishe (576-500)
Mixed all the ingredients in a bowl. Cook over medium heat until golden. Serve with a little nut butter or pure maple syrup and chopped nuts.
A handful of oats
Whey protein powder (optional) (3475-1000)
Mash the banana and mix in the eggs, oats and any additional ingredients. Cook over a medium heat until golden brown. Serve with fresh or frozen fruit and a little nut butter (cashew works well).
