Date and Seed Energy Balls

Ingredients

280g Omega Seed Mix
140g shredded unsweetened coconut
280g soft Medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons coconut oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Methods

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until sticky dough forms.
Using a tablespoon, take a heaped measure and roll between your hands to form a ball.
Place on a baking tray and pop them into the fridge to firm-up.
Makes about 24 balls.
