While black pepper increases bioavailability, scientific studies show turmeric is highly effective without it. Turmeric 20,000mg: Contains 500mg of turmeric root extract and disintegrates in 60 minutes. Due to the high strength, it is not recommended for women under the age of 50.
We choose not to offer turmeric liquids, gummies, or effervescent powders because they frequently require added sugars, salts, and artificial additives to improve taste. These ingredients introduce unnecessary calories and can cause teeth staining due to turmeric's natural pigment.
