Daily Intake
Collagen Beauty: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with water after eating.
A period of at least 1 month is recommended.
Colladeen Visagen: Adults aged 18 and over, take 2 tablets daily, always with a meal. These can be taken together or in divided doses. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

I have used colladeen before and been happy with the results. The collagen beauty however has made no difference whatsoever and I would not use it again.
