Menopause

Welcome to our knowledge hub about menopause. Here you’ll find resources that will give you a better understanding of the natural transition that is the menopause.

You reach the menopause when you haven’t had a menstrual bleed for 12 consecutive months. This event usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 51. The menopause is complex and multi-layered; it has different stages with varying signs. As with anything hormonal, there’s no one-size-fits-all experience of the menopause. Some women contend with every symptom; others don’t. Our knowledge hub aims to outline each phase of the menopause to help you best understand the signs and be an empathetic resource to help you deal with your symptoms.

The Menopause Hub is designed to answer all of your questions and bring you a streamlined version of everything you need to know in one place. We’ve covered every stage of your journey with menopause, from diagnosis to different treatments you can consider, as well as offering advice on how to manage your physical and emotional wellbeing.

We have used the terms “female” and “women” throughout our health hub, but this advice is for anyone who was assigned female at birth.
