Contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue and the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.
Product Information

Vitamin B2 is involved in a number of metabolic processes, including the release of energy from food, skin and vision, and the normal function of the nervous system.

Although we can obtain vitamin B2 from some foods, such as eggs, milk, cheese, beef, and wholegrain cereals, official data suggests 22% of women and 12% of men struggle to meet the NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) every day.

Our high-strength formula provides a full 50mg of riboflavin B2 in each small, easy to swallow capsule. Given its strength, we recommend taking Vitamin B2 50mg for around 3-4 months, after which any one of our adult multivitamin tablets will supply sufficient levels.

Our maximum-strength riboflavin B2 formula comprises the best ingredients sourced from suppliers with an excellent reputation for quality. Our raw material undergoes rigorous quality checks before being manufactured and packaged in UK factories working to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

This product is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

"Methylation Support"
By Brian , 17 May 2021
I have genes which mean that I need methylation support. I had taken magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6 and B12 but still suffered from dry skin, itchy legs at night and fatigue. After three days of taking vitamin B2, these remaining symptoms have evaporated. Essential if one needs methylation support for “dirty genes”.

As supplements can take some time to build up and have an effect in the body, we would normally suggest reassessing your symptoms after three months. However, I am pleased to hear that you are already starting to find this product helpful.
