Product Information
Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules are formulated to help relieve cold and flu symptoms including fever, headaches, body aches, a blocked nose and sore throat.
The capsules contain paracetamol to bring down your body temperature and tackle aches and pains, plus a decongestant called phenylephrine hydrochloride to help you breathe more easily. Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules also contain caffeine, which combats tiredness and sleepiness, helping you to get on with your day.
Suitable for adults and children aged 16 and older, Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules should be swallowed whole with water (do not chew). Take two capsules every four to six hours, as required, and do not take more than four doses (eight capsules) in any 24-hour period.
Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products. Do not take if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients in Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules, if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, an enlarged prostate or an overactive thyroid, if you are taking or have taken within the last 14 days an antidepressant medicine called an MAOI, or if you’re taking other decongestants. If in doubt, speak to a pharmacist.
If you plan to take a night-time cold and flu remedy before going to bed that also contains paracetamol, only take three doses (six capsules) of Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules during the same 24-hour period – if in doubt, speak to a pharmacist).

Ingredients
(per capsule) Paracetamol 500mgis an analgesic & antipyretic for the relief of headache, sore throat, fever, body aches & pains. Phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1mg is a decongestant for relief of blocked nose and caffeine 25mg is a stimulant for the relief of tiredness and sleepiness.
