I feel I have more energy and feel less tired. It’s just one tablet a day, they are on the large side so take some swallowing but it’s worth persevering. The lid is not child proof which is a shame as I have a young child and it would be safer. The capsule are green due to the herbs used. They have a strong smell and taste which is not very pleasant. I always make sure my water is ready so I can swallow it straight away. Luckily, they are not too big and easy to swallow. I’ve had these tablets for a few weeks now and to be totally honest I’ve only been able to swallow a couple of tablets the smell is absolutely awful
The smell alone makes me feel sick and when I try to take them
they make me gag
I was looking forward to testing these but I honestly can’t swallow them
