- HRI Cold & Flu Echinacea is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve the symptoms of colds and influenza (flu) type of infections, based on traditional use only.

- HRI Cold & Flu Echinacea is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve the symptoms of colds and influenza (flu) type of infections, based on traditional use only.
- Usage
- Adults, elderly and children over 12 years old: the recommended dosage is 1-2 tablets twice a day. Start at the first signs of a common cold. Do not take more than the label tells you to. For oral use.
- Ingredients
- Each film coated tablet contains 56mg of Extract (as Dry Extract) from Echinacea Purpurea Root (equivalent to 338mg - 450mg of Echinacea Purpurea (L.) Moench, Root)
Extraction Solvent: Ethanol 75% v/v
- Suitable For
- Adults and children over the age of 12 years old.
- Cautions/Allergies
- WARNINGS: Do not take if you are:
Allergic to Echinacea, other members of the daisy (Asteraceae/Compositae) family or any of the other ingredients in this product. Pregnant or breast-feeding, Under the age of 12 years.

Now it seems Ech Root has disappeared entirely from the marker. I've had a rotten cold all over Christmas and know that I'll be getting more rotten colds in the future as even you have backed off from selling effective strength Ech Root. Because of price!! We have taken the decision to withdraw our Echinacea (code 102) with much thought and care. Due to increasing raw material costs, the significant cost of maintaining the product license as a Traditional Herbal Registration, and low sales, we have decided with regret to withdraw Echinacea.
I do apologise for any inconvenience caused due to this change. We have introduced HRI Cold & Flu Echinacea Tablets as an alternative Traditional Herbal Registration for our customers who were previously using Echinacea (code 102).
