Our unique, Omega 3 Fish Oil formula delivers a huge 700mg of total Omega 3s, with 355mg of EPA and 237mg of DHA in each easy-to-swallow capsule. The addition of Vitamin E, meanwhile, serves to protect the formulation from oxidation.
Our Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules are made to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in UK factories using a sophisticated five-stage purification process. Thanks to this cutting-edge technology, our High Strength Fish Oil formula is well below the permitted safe levels for mercury and PCBs set by the European Commission (EC) and The Global Organisation for EPA and DHA Omega-3s (GOED).

The long-chain Omega 3 fatty acids, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are important to your overall health.
