Hubner Iron VITAL® F provides a delicious supply of iron to individuals at specific times of life, including pregnant women and nursing mothers, women with heavy menstrual bleeds, athletes and active people, and vegans and vegetarians.
Hubner Iron VITAL® F contains iron in its bivalent form, which is extremely easy for the body to absorb. Iron supports oxygen transport, red blood cell formation, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, making it essential for energy and vitality.
Aside from iron, Iron VITAL® F includes vitamin C to support the absorption of iron. It also contains vitamins B6 and B12, which contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells, as well as vitamin B2 for the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The addition of vitamin B1, meanwhile, supports normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Daily Intake
Shake before use. Adults: 10ml one to two times daily. Children (4–12 years): 5ml one to two times daily. Take roughly one hour before meals to prevent the absorption of the iron from being affected by other foods.
