I was very disappointed when I last received my order of crystallized ginger, I love ginger as a snack and dried/ crystallized ginger has become a staple for us. I recall my 1st order was quite good but totally disappointed with the last!!! I was almost tempted to send it back!!! I opted for Nature's Best because I believed this to be a provider of 'healthy' options. Now I am not sure whether I will continue to use them.
