The hulled and whole sesame seeds used in this tahini spread are from an impactful organisation in Ethiopia’s Humera District. In their state-of-the-art facility, seeds are briefly hot air dried to ensure quality resulting in exceptional tahini!

The seeds are then milled into a smooth spread with cold-pressed fair trade sesame oil. The flavour is strong—ideal for halva and humous lovers!

There is no added salt, allowing you to customise to your taste. Simply sprinkle some in if you prefer a hit of saltiness.
