OsteoGuard® Ultra builds on the popularity of Osteoguard® Original, (which is higher in calcium per 2 tablets) with higher levels of vitamin K in the form of K2, now known to be important for bone health and a special blend of calcium and magnesium to deliver maximum absorption.

Which Tablet Is Smaller, Osteoguard® Original or Osteoguard® Ultra?

How Do I Choose between Osteoguard® Original and Osteoguard® Ultra?

How Much Osteoguard® Original Should I Take?

Take 1-2 tablets daily with a meal. If your diet is low in dairy or you have reached the menopause, you may choose to take 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. What Do Vitamins D3 And K Contribute To*?

Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth, muscle function and the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium/phosphorus. It also contributes to the reduction in the risk of osteoporotic bone fracture.* Vitamin K, meanwhile, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and blood coagulation. *A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20µg Vitamin D3 and 1200mg Calcium. Taking two Osteoguard® Original tablets daily provides 10µg Vitamin D3 and 1000mg Calcium, which goes a long way towards achieving these levels.
