Product Information

Our high-performance Beta Glucan supplement is an excellent choice for those who exercise regularly, lead busy and active lives, or simply want to support their immune health. It's the perfect partner to some of our other best-selling products, including Ashwagandha, Rhodiola Rosea, and BerryGuard®, and Quercetin.

This convenient, one-a-day formula contains 250mg of highly purified and concentrated 1,3/1,6 Beta Glucans extracted from the cell wall of a proprietary strain of baker's yeast called Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.

Our Beta Glucan supplement also delivers 25µg of Vitamin D3, 150mg of Vitamin C, 10mg of Zinc and 110µg of Selenium, all of which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.* The inclusion of Selenium further contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

We've chosen to formulate our Beta Glucans as tablets, not capsules. Tablets can accommodate a higher amount of active ingredients, making it the most appropriate casing for this broad-spectrum formula.

To meet our rigorous quality standards, we manufacture and package our Beta Glucan supplement in UK factories working to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Although this formula is naturally gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly, it's not suitable for vegans.

Frequently Asked Questions (3)
Q - "What Are Beta Glucans?"
A - Beta glucans are natural sugars found in the cell walls of certain types of fungi, yeast, bacteria and algae. They are also present in oats and barley. The beta glucans from these sources vary on a molecular level and each offer different effects on the body. Oats, probably the most commonly known source of beta glucans, are notable for their heart health properties helping to manage cholesterol. However, the efficacy of the type of beta glucans found in mushrooms in connection with immune health is uncertain. Yeast-derived beta glucans from baker’s yeast ((Saccharomyces Cerevisiae) however seems to be a more reliable source. For more information on beta glucans read our article Why we don't sell mushroom.
Q - "How Much Beta Glucans Should I Take?"
A - Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
