I'm giving them a solid 4 out of 5 stars because I feel a noticeable difference in my hands and feet. The discomfort hasn't vanished completely, but those buzzing and prickling sensations have definitely calmed down, especially at night, which is a huge win for me. It feels like this high-dose B-complex is finally giving my nerves the nutrition they need.
The main reasons I didn't bump it up to five stars are pretty minor: it took a good two weeks before I really felt the effects start to kick in, so you have to be patient.
