My left elbow was quite achy. It’s probably a bit arth***ic. After just a day of taking the turmeric tablet I felt the problem had eased a lot. It progressed in effectiveness, and whilst I’m still aware of the joint issue there is much better function which allows me to have almost normal use. Sometimes the issue feels completely resolved, and sometimes it’s present but to a much smaller extent. I would recommend this product probably to help reduce inflammation around joints - I think this is how my elbow has benefited.
