I have been taking this for a few years now. I''m not sure if it is helping me health wise, how can know as there are no notable effects. However, I believe it is an essential part of a health regime. I selected this particular product as I have acid reflux issues and many other products I had tried gave me problems all day, tasting fish oil all day is most unpleasant.
