Daily Intake
Mix one level scoop (30g) wi t h 250ml of cold water or skimmed milk (for the smoothest result, use a blender). We recommend 1-4 portions per day depending on your protein requirements. Take at any time in the day to boost your total protein intake. If you mix with skimmed milk you add an extra 8g of protein, plus 85 calories.

Why do you use this product Whey Protein - Strawberry Flavour ?
As I work out I was after a protein shake in building my muscles up, the taste of this powder is nice and once consumed over the next couple of months I will let every know of the outcome. The only point i have is when mixing with water or milk use a whisk, because it is a little lumpy using a fork or spoon. I also take the creatine in tablet form and would recommend the product as well as the tumeric capsules!
