Product Information

The skin of many dried fruits are rich in anthocyanidins. These plant polyphenols are thought to aid immune health and support connective tissue in the body.

Many nuts are a good source of magnesium, a mineral required for muscle, nerve and bone health. Magnesium is vital for energy production and is particularly important for muscular relaxation and muscle protein synthesis.

Nuts are typically high in omega 6 fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids. Omega 6 is a type of essential fatty acid known to contribute to healthy skin and nerve tissue. Monounsaturated fatty acids are the healthy fats often associated with the Mediterranean diet, known to contribute to reducing cholesterol.

"Plenty of dried fruit with few nuts.."

Used as refreshing snack but no more. Picture shows a selection of nuts this pack contained no Brazil nuts, no walnuts and very few pecan nuts, very disappointing compared to previous purchase.

This product is not supposed to contain brazil nuts or walnuts. I am sorry to hear that the level of pecan nuts was low. The mix is prepared in large batches with the correct proportion of nuts and fruit but the exact amounts in each bag can vary.
