Our Delivery Options

An Update on Delivery

We understand that the Royal Mail and couriers are struggling and so deliveries are taking between 1-5 working days for 1st class delivery and 5-10 working days for 2nd class. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could be patient and not contact us concerning your order, before these times are up, so as not to put any further pressure on our extremely busy Call Centre, who are working flat out.

UK 2nd Class Delivery (Royal Mail 48)

Cost: Free- £1 on orders under £15

Target Delivery Times: Usually 3-4 working days, however, it may take up to 10 working days during busy times

UK 1st Class Delivery (Royal Mail 24)

Cost: £1

Target Delivery Times: Usually 1-2 working days, however, it may take up to 5 working days during busy times

Rest of Europe/Eire - Royal Mail

Cost: 10% of order value + £1 on orders under £15

Target Delivery Times: Allow up to 4 working weeks

Rest of World - Royal Mail

Cost: 25% of order value + £1 on orders under £15

Target Delivery Times: Allow up to 4 working weeks  

Monday-Friday: Orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt.

Weekends Bank Holiday's: Orders are despatched the next working day

SAVE £££S ON YOUR ORDERS (to be delivered to one address only)

  • £30 OFF orders of £200 and over 

  • £10 OFF orders of £100 to £199

*Please note that the bulk discount will not take into account medicinal products as part of the total amount. The bulk discount is for Nature's Best and Nature's Best Sports products only.

We choose Royal mail as our delivery agent as they are a reliable, good value, deliver on Saturday's and quite honestly, the simplicity and convenience of their proven mail service gets top marks from us!


How can I amend or cancel my order?

If you wish to amend an order please call 01892 552118 as soon as possible so we can make any changes prior to despatch. Unfortunately, if the order has been despatched it cannot be cancelled and will have to be returned (within 4 weeks), once the goods are received back a refund will be arranged.
