Interestingly, the adult body contains approximately 20 grams of silica although levels decline with age and since our bodies can’t make silica, obtaining sufficient quantities from dietary sources is important for many people.
One of the richest natural sources of silica is bamboo extract, containing over 70% silica. Naturally this is the form that Nature’s Best insists on.
