Product Information

Healthy hair is an outward sign of inner health, and this product provides 22 essential micronutrients to help ensure that you stay in optimum health. It contains a good spread of nutrients including the B vitamins and biotin which can help in the maintenance of healthy skin hair and nails.

The nutrients in Maxi-Hair® are all present at significant levels and so this product can be used as multi. In fact the B vitamin and magnesium levels in this product exceed the amounts found in the typical high street multi. The only other nutrient we think is worth recommending with Maxi-Hair® is an Omega 3 product such as our High Strength Fish Oil or Flaxseed Oil capsules

Daily Intake
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
