    My husband fell and injured his face which included his trigeminal nerve in his cheek. This resulted in initial numbness, then intense tingling, pins and needles and really sensitive lips and gums, which made eating difficult. The Maxillo Facial surgeon encouraged him to take vitamins but didn’t state which ones. I researched it and found the most important were the b vitamins so I ensured he took a high strength vitamin and mineral tablet every day. I also discovered that Alpha Lipoic Acid was good for neuropathy, so I bought these and he has taken them every day. We were told that it could take months, even over a year to recover, but two months on and he is almost better. We will never know if the vitamins helped, but I am convinced they did some good by his speedy recovery.

    I bought this for my Burning Mouth Syndrome and it took the pain away completely for 10 weeks. It has come back as I have read ALA works only short term for BMS but I still take these as I think the pain is less still and there are other antioxidant benefits.
