    I have had lactose intolerance for many years so I decided to try the natures best lactase enzyme at first I use to take 2 pills with my meal but then I decided to take only 1 and oh my word what a game changer I love my chocolate digestives with a cup of tea but I just couldn't eat them but now am having them again and enjoying so much dairy again these are the best enzyme tablets and I have no symptoms whatsoever

    [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Since discovering in my 30s that I now have an intolerance to lactose, these tablets have been great for helping me to continue to consume my regular diet. They are super strength, but I do find that I have to take several throughout the day around meal times if I am consuming dairy products. They are a little dry when trying to swallow, other than that they work well. I also did not experience any unfavourable side effects.

I did not have any discernable side effects (I probably wouldn't be able to tell with my body tbh 😂). This really did help with the gaseous component of lactose and pushed it back for a few hours so my being in public was less embarrassing than it would otherwise be 🤭
