Breathe Right® Clear Nasal Strips are designed to help instantly relieve nasal congestion and stuffiness caused by colds and allergies, helping you to breathe more easily during the day and while you’re asleep – without any medication.

Breathe Right® Clear Nasal Strips are flexible adhesive bands that work by gently lifting and opening your nasal passages to allow better airflow. Suitable for even sensitive skin, Breathe Right® Clear Nasal Strips are made from a hypoallergenic, flexible and non-porous material, and can be used by adults and children aged five years and older (the large size fits most adults). And because they are clear, they’re almost unnoticeable.

To use Breathe Right® Clear Nasal Strips, first wash and dry your skin (don’t use any moisturiser or the adhesive won’t stick properly). Place the strip directly above where your nose flares out, then gently rub the strip to secure it into place. When you want to take the strip off, wash your face with warm water for 10 seconds then gently lift each side of the strip to remove it.
