4Head QuickStrip’s hydro-gel strips work by providing evaporating, cooling relief directly at the point of pain, which at the same time helps to relax tense muscles in the head and neck. Suitable for all skin types and for adults and children aged 12 years and older (including vegans and vegetarians), 4Head QuickStrip can also be used by women who are pregnant and breastfeeding, with one strip lasting for up to six hours. After use, the strips leave no visible residue.
4Head QuickStrip can be used as often as needed, plus you don’t have to store the strips in the fridge. Always read the patient leaflet before use.

Description
4Head QuickStrip is fast-acting, natural relief for migraines, severe headaches and neck ache. Placed on the forehead, back of the neck or cut to size for use on the temples, these strips are specially formulated to give instant relief, and can be used with or without pain relief tablets.
Usage
4head QuickStrip can be used on the forehead, back of neck or can be cut to size for use on the temples.
Directions
For adults, the elderly & children over 12 years:
Open the resealable laminate sachet by carefully cutting or tearing it where indicated along the top edge
Remove one 4head QuickStrip
Remove and discard the transparent film from the back of the strip
After ensuring the skin on application site is dry, place 4head QuickStrip on the forehead, back of the neck or over the temples (if necessary after cutting the strip to a suitable size using scissors)
Use each strip for as long as needed (then discard)
Use each strip only once
It is generally a good idea/advisable to wash hands after application/removal of strip
