Product Information
A traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances, based on traditional use only.

Kalms Night Tablets are a traditional herbal remedy, designed to help you get a good night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy. If you've had a manic day rushing around to get everything done or a bad day at work, it may cause a bad night's sleep. Getting a good night's sleep is essential for your health and a lack of sleep makes everyday situations feel more stressful, making it even harder to rest and catch up on sleep.
Kalms Night contains the active ingredient valerian, which is traditionally used for its sedative action. This may make Kalms Night Tablets particularly useful for the treatment of sleep disorders. Ensuring that you get a long, unbroken sleep can help your body recuperate properly from daily activities.
Swallow 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, swallow 1 additional tablet earlier during the evening.
